Comment : Moving is a difficult thing and when you have to move right before your child starts school it is twice as difficult. We wanted our boy toy start the new year without any delays so we had to do everything fast. My husband and I decided that the best decision is to hire the professionals and they were quite good.

Comment : My husband pulled a back muscle just before the day of moving, so we had nothing to do but to order the company. They found a place for us and helped us. Although my husband was very sorry about what happened, I think we were just lucky to get this company as they did the job quite well and quite fast. We wouldn’t have done ourselves.

Comment : Atlant Van Lines are the biggest scammers in the world. I am transitioning from the military and tried to find the best deal out there. We talked with Benjamin at extension 212. Gave us a price to move our stuff from our townhouse (which everyone knows has stairs in it) to our new house in Virginia. We agreed to it so the day of the move, we were told that our original truck had hit a bridge so the delivery team would have to come the next day. Waited till the next day then got a call from two guys saying they were going to rent a smaller truck and come up and get the stuff. Not only did were they 4 hours late after that but then, they were more worried about cubic feet then the items on the inventory that they agreed to move. Left 4 items with us because they didn't have enough rough which was bullcrap because they had another 6 feet to go with no other pickups. Before they took our stuff back to Philadelphia they wanted to charge me an additional $400-$500 for handling and walking up stairs. I told them that's not what we agreed too. They said we can bargain with the home office to get the price dropped. Out of the 15 times I called our ""moving coordinator" he finally answered yesterday and said that he had no idea on what I was talking about and he was going to research it and get back to us. Called him 5 times since because I also have to move the date back a few days, haven't heard from him since. Talked to a woman at dispatch this morning and said they are going to hold onto our stuff until we agreed to pay their price. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. To think they would treat their customers like this especially their military customers is beyond me. I hope they get sued and go out of business asap. FORGOD SAKE people stay away.

Comment : No matter how hard I tried to do the moving myself I always failed, something was always to happen and I was furious. This time I just hired those guys and they did everything for me. I didn’t have to carry the boxed or other staff and I can say I quite enjoyed it!
