Comment : Our experience was TERRIBLE! This company quoted us $500 which was supposed to be a flat fee. When they showed up to our 3br 2 bth home they had a small truck and 2 movers. I contacted the manager to alert him before they began moving our belongings at which time he assured us all of our stuff would be moved at NO additional charge. Needless to say our stuff did not fit into the little truck and they left half of our belongings and had to intentions to move them. They demanded MORE $ before the would move the rest of our home. I am 8 1/2 mth pregnant which is the main reason we hired them instead of moving ourselves. Which in the end we had to rent a uhual as they demanded more money and never answered any phone calls! Our quote was for a large truck and 3 movers. They upcharged us $225 for bubble wrap and tape which was not mentioned until they were at our new home and they refused to unload our stuff until they were paid the remainder of the $. And still promising us the rest of our stuff at no additional charge. We have yet to hear back from the company with numerous calls and voicemails. This is a complete scam. Stay away from this company
