Comment : Epically screwed us. About 1/4 of our items in our move from Florida to Michigan did not come. The most IMPORTANT items that caused us to pay THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars for moving were all damaged except for one. We only had one piece of furniture to put together- my kids' bunkbed- which was put together incorrectly when the guy told me to leave him alone while he did it - my prize? LITERALLY POINTED SCREW HEADS BROKEN THROUGH THE WOOD STAIRS FOR MY KIDS TO STEP ON. 65" Plasma TV? Broken. Garden shed? Broken. Deep Freezer? Dented, same with toaster oven, large metal trash cans - not to mention whole 55 gallon cans of expensive gardening equipment that did not come. My kids battery powered car? Broken. My electric fireplace? Broken. Most of these items were purchased by my children's grandparents and I COULD NOT afford to replace them as a single mother with 3 young kids. It took EVERYTHING I had to move these items, and left many behind in Florida because I could not afford to move them. I should have left more behind considering they were lost or stolen by the movers. Do the movers carry stuff upstairs for you?? NOPE! Enjoy that 4 story walk-up with a cast on your ankle because these two young guys hired to do will just put the stuff in your basement through the garage after he soaks his feet in your bath salts for an hour and literally takes the food off your plate in the kitchen without say please or thank you. Good thing I do not have a disease he could catch from eating my saliva. Need to be compensated for your broken items? Better have an original receipt (even for your gifts) or you can suck an egg while your kids look at their broken toys you cannot afford to replace. I literally would have been better off moving with nothing and buying everything new, which is where I am now thanks to Real Movers Moving and Storage, except all of my money went to paying them to move us. There are not enough middle fingers for me to wave at this company. I even tipped the guys loading it in Florida the last $100 I had - my item were moved to 2 different moving trucks before it even came to Michigan. I am so mad and sad for my kids words cannot express it.

The same thing happened to me, when I had to make a move to Cleveland due to my business needs, and I also had to bring my family with me. Comment : Yesterday my husband, my pets and I safely ended the moving process…. Which would have been such a bummer without these guys! They assisted us from the very beginning of our plan because my cousin one month ago sold his van, so we needed help of professionals! We have two dogs apart from all our furniture and we needed to move all that to our new home in Florida. We lived in Pasadena so it was a very long way. Now we are already settled and started putting everything in place. The dogs did not even seem to notice the trip thanks to the cages that the company lent us for them. Could not be any happier!

Comment : I don’t really like moving because I think it’s very stressful, but with real movers all that changed. They were completely helpful and their movers knew what they were doing. I didn’t have to do much; they practically moved everything for me. The best thing about this moving company is that they take care of your furniture. I go them to move my furniture from Florida, and not one item was missing or damaged. Hiring real movers was the best decision I ever made, and I would do it all again without a second thought, because you can’t get any service better than this.
