Comment : When we were planning to move from Orlando to Chicago, the first question in our mind was how we are going to move so much of our stuff. After some research, I read about Real Movers Moving and Storage and found their services promising. I am so glad to have hired their services because they made the entire process of moving so effortless. Comment : Han and Steve came to move my one bedroom apartment which was on the third floor and were careful to blanket, tape, and saran wrap anything that was even close to being fragile. They also disassembled my bed in an astonishingly fast amount of time, and reassembled it at my next apartment with great skill. It was a delight to have seen these guys in action. Definitely will be telling my friends about Real Movers Moving and Storage. Thanks dudes!

Comment : My boyfriend was bent on hiring movers for our move. I thought we could handle it ourselves with a few friends, but we probably couldn't have emptied out our apartment in...35 minutes. It was insane! These guys are quick, I even gave them a hand and they made days that are traditionally stressful a more enjoyable experience. Only took a few hours, nothing was damaged, these guys were on point. I was impressed. I would do it all over again with these guys!! Really real movers.

Comment : I was in a bind, my company had relocated me from across the country, from Pensacola to Houston, and I was under the gun to find someone to help me move. So here I was, a house full of stuff and no house at my end destination. I was in a panic, to say the least. Real Movers came to rescue. They helped me pack, put my furniture in storage while I found a new apartment in Houston that was to my liking and then helped me move my belongings there. They were courteous, fast and reliable. Not looking forward to the next move, but these guys will make it easy when I do!

Comment : I hired Real Movers Moving and Storage to help move a lot of our furniture, and they were absolutely exceptional. The staff were very professional and helpful, and they were happy to listen to us when we directed them on what we needed moved. Everything was in perfect shape when it was unpacked. All of our dishes, our glassware, our furniture looked really good and like it was right at home when they moved everything in. Everyone was very nice and willing to chat with us as they worked, and I felt like our belongings were safe when they were with them. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend!

Comment : On October 12, 2017, I booked a reservation with Real Movers. I spoke with Nikki and John. I mainly spoke with Nikki as John more so closed the transaction and passed my saIe to Nikki. I advised her that I had 12 boxes and bags with clothes. She advised me that the bags cannot be shipped separately and they would have to go in boxes. Nikki stated she’ll add 9 more boxes for the clothes. When the final contract was drawn, it included the price along with 21 boxes being inclusive to the final quote as Nikki verbally confirmed this with me after I asked her three times to be exact that I wouldn’t be charged extra for supplies and she stated “Correct.” When the drivers completed the transaction, they presented an invoice with an additional amount of $202.50 (for the boxes that Nikki added in the quote) after I paid the first half of the move. However, they told me I had to pay for the boxes and extra cubic feet. I told them Nikki advised me she’ll add in the extra boxes to account for the clothes. I called and spoke with Isabel who stated she couldn’t help me! I was called by the delivery driver and advised my items arrived (late). Before completing the call, the delivery driver had the audacity to rudely stare they would not release my items until I paid the extra balance of $202.50 for the extra cubic feet that they added in due to Nikki’s error. The caller/driver was extremely rude! I advised Stephanie that I was overcharged and that Nikki made an error and I was dismissed. I even went to their office and was advised the owner was not there. They refused to give me a refund for the overcharge which was Nikki’s error. They also charged me more than 10% for the deposit! A $1200 move became $1700 !!!! I advised Stephanie I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau and she told me to go right ahead! $400 error on their behalf!? BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY! If you do not want to get robbed and do not want to have your items delivered after the proposed delivery time and unprofessional movers, please choose another company!

Comment : I helped my elderly uncle find a moving company for his move from one Senior Housing to another. I had heard about Real Moving Movers and Storage from my new neighbor who just moved and she had mentioned that they were flexible. This move was a tricky one because the manager at the Angel care would only operate the bigger elevator during certain hours due in relation to staff hours, so the unloading had to happen at a certain time. The moving consultant was very friendly on the phone and explained the pricing clearly and discussed what we should do to help the process and get the move done within the window we had. Very flexible there, safe to say the move went off without a hitch. The 3 guys they sent over operated efficiently, were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the company for a no hassle, flexible move.

Comment : Just had to show my gratitude for Jorge, Jason and Hans.They absolutely made my move so much easier! Great team working well together. They moved me in 6 hours and where I was coming from had loads of things having living there for over a decade. They were extremely professional, fast-paced and fun. I've never used a moving company where I didn't basically have to move myself and they did almost everything. These guys were phenomenal and I highly recommend using them for your moving needs. If they are anything to go by then Real moving movers and storage are the way to go.

Comment : Jorge and his team of 3 others did a great job with my move across cities. I hired the full package which included packing services and they carefully wrapped and boxed everything. They had to walk a little ways from the truck to my apartment and back but they didn’t complain about it and took on the challenge like a boss. On the unload they got all my furniture right where I wanted it and even moved a few pieces when I didn't end up liking where I had asked them to put them. The drive time between apartments was 45 minutes and yet I was moved in 7 hours including packing. Solid guys, no damage, highly recommended.

Comment : When I was moving from Miami th Boston, I had a lot to worry about. Real Movers made sure that moving all the stuff in my house was not among my worries. I was looking for a company with experience, and one of my friends suggested Real Movers. Real Movers seriously came through for me. They listened to all of my concerns, and then they took care of moving all of my stuff without any damage at all, even though the weather wasn't perfect. I was really impressed by their friendliness and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

Comment : This was such a super pleasant experience, who would have guess somebody describing a move like this. But the 3 guys were amazing , nice, professional , fast and prompt. They took great care of my things and house not dragging any furniture on the floor, no dings, no scrapes on the walls. The final price came just under the original quote which was just great. Comment : We used Real Moving for a three day pack, move and unpack. The crew was amazing we have moved six times and these guys were heads and tails the best. Lucas and his guys were on time every time, extremely courteous, and true professionals. They would not let us lift a finger and moved things around to ensure we were happy where everything went. Comment : A few months ago I was living in Florida and was preparing to move to Texas as my job needed me to relocate. I hired Real movers to store my belonings a few months before the move, and then take them to Texas once I found a new location to live. I found out about real movers moving through an internet search and couldn't have been more satisfied with their work. They were on time, and their work was done in smooth and efficient manner. My belongings were moved and stored without damage or loss, and arrived to my new location in a matter of a few days. Comment : Real Moving Movers and Storage is the moving company of choice hands down. Han and his crew (2more guys) are totally amazing, great bunch of guys that from the moment they arrived just busted butts to get the move done and over with. This was one of the fastest moves I have ever seen and been involved with. It came up to an actual hour earlier than was estimated which was fine by me lol. It went by so quickly I thought for sure they broke something or damaged wall or something. There were no surprises absolutely none. They are real professionals over there.
